Kapstan rods feature reinforced stainless steel double-foot guides with Zirconium Oxide rings, reducing line friction and ensuring smooth performance with braided, mono, and fluorocarbon lines.
Boat and surf models use rod-specific reel seats. Boat rods feature aluminum double uplocking reel seats for strength and security, while surf rods use lightweight graphite reel seats for better balance and casting distance.
Ergonomic handles ensure comfort and control, including rubber cross-wrap grips, contoured foregrips, split-grip boat handles, and full-length surf grips for different fishing needs.
Available in 7 models from 6'6" to 12', ideal for inshore, offshore, surf, and pier fishing targeting species such as redfish, striped bass, drum, snook, tarpon, and more. An oversized hook keeper stores larger rigs and reduces tangles.
